Phacelia hastata

Perennial herb, part of the Boraginaceae family. Leaves are a dark, grayish green with pinnate venation. Flowers bloom from May to July and appear in tight, hairy clusters of tiny white or pale purple flowers at ends of erect leafy stems. This is an important native flower for local bee populations.
